An initial cleaning is done on the first visit for weekly service, the fee is included in your price for the first 30 minutes. If there is remaining waste, an additional cleaning fee is billed in 15-minute blocks, at $15.00 per block. You will be notified if this is necessary before any more work begins.

Billing is charged monthly in advance. Monthly charge is calculated by weekly charge, multiplied by 52 weeks and divided by 12 months.

To monitor your dogs health we will watch for any signs of illness. Blood, foreign objects or parasites (worms) in your dog’s waste and we report any unusual signs to you.

We take transmittal of bacteria, worms, and virus VERY SERIOUSLY. Harmful organisms that can be transmitted from pet waste to people and other pets can persist on the ground for weeks. Therefore we meticulously sanitize our tools and boots before every call.
